Lynn Packer on Tim Ballard 4 and Transcript

Lynn Packer does not believe any of Ballards claims on child trafficking, partly as Ballard has obfuscated any truth with his cover story lies.

Its timeconsuming and ultimately not fruitful to try to examine what are Ballards child trafficking lies versus what is true. Irrespective of what Ballard or Packer says on child trafficking, it exists and on a massive scale, we have heard from masses of whistleblowers and my time is better spent indexing those for people to read.

However it is of interest what Ballard self picks as his hard questions and what he misses out and what Lynn Packer responds. This is Packers response

Shownotes

13 Oct 2020 Lynn Packer fact-checks Tim Ballard’s answers to what Ballard calls controversial questions. This video op-ed is the fourth in a series of reports on Operation Underground Railroad (OUR) which purports to rescue children who were abducted and being held as slaves in prostitution sex rings that cater to pedophiles. OUR, a nonprofit that raises millions of dollars a month, is now under criminal investigation. Packer says the charity uses falsehoods and fearmongering in its pitches to donors.

this is lynn packer with part four of my video op-ed on operation underground railroad this one’s about tim ballard’s

0:08 answers to hardball questions on october 2nd this year tim ballard

0:14 posted a youtube video saying we need to talk he was taking on 10 hardball questions

0:21 he said it was about transparency and truth

0:27 ballard lobbed softball questions to himself about operation underground railroad

0:32 instead of knocking answers to his own questions out of the park he struck out

0:38 ballard continued making undocumented claims lying and promoting his child sex

0:44 trafficking conspiracy theory our took a chance serving up falsehoods

0:50 and propaganda by doubling down after suspected crimes occur

0:55 especially after a criminal investigation has begun oyur runs the risk of compounding any civil perhaps

1:02 any criminal legal jeopardy utah law says each separate communication made for the purpose of

1:09 executing or concealing a scheme or artifice to defraud is a separate act an

1:14 offense of communication fraud key word here concealing federal law it can be illegal to conceal

1:21 any fraudulent scheme in order to prevent victims from becoming aware they’ve been harmed

1:27 or to lull victims into a sense of security to hold off making inquiries or

1:32 lodging complaints again key word conceal

1:43 but before i fact check ballard’s 10 controversial questions these news updates

1:49 since my last report a utah mainstream news outlet fox 13 on october 7th

1:56 finally reported on ballard and our being suspected of criminal activity

2:02 in a previous report i talked about oh you are potentially becoming the most prominent fraud in utah history

2:10 since then another utah venture nikola motor company founded by billionaire trevor milton has been accused of fraud

2:17 it could become utah’s highest dollar fraud ever perhaps not surprising both scandals

2:24 operation underground railroad and nikola motor not only involve alleged false claims but also involve child sex

2:31 trafficking allegations and indirectly involve some of the same people

2:38 utah billionaire trevor milton founded nikola motor which claims to be bringing a tesla competitor hydrogen electric

2:45 powered heavy-duty truck to market milton paid a utah real estate record

2:50 32.5 million dollars for a mansion on the weber river outside park city

2:56 in september he resigned as ceo amid allegations of financial fraud and

3:01 sexual assault including alleged assault on two teenagers under tim ballards and ours definition

3:09 milton would be a child sex slave trafficker if the allegations were true

3:15 utah attorney general sean reyes has not investigated melton who donated to the reyes campaign for either alleged fraud

3:23 or alleged child sex trafficking instead reyes’s office prosecuted a

3:29 former milton friend for extortion the ag alleged that jonathan robb threatened

3:35 to publicize milton’s alleged financial and assault crimes if not paid a half billion dollars

3:42 here are some facts about extortion suspect johnny robb he was raised mormon and passionate

3:49 about religion he suffered with manic depression bipolar disorder

3:55 late last year he began calling himself elijah and getting tattoos

4:00 he was arrested in april during an ag sting operation for attempted extortion of trevor milton

4:07 he claimed he was set up and was offered hush money to keep quiet he was jailed for almost three weeks

4:14 while trying to make bail he committed suicide two days after he was released

4:22 the attorney general’s main proof against rob was instagram postings and text messages provided by milton

4:29 milton told investigators the fraud and sex accusations rob was threatening to post were not true

4:35 he was worried that even allegations could damage his reputation according to rob’s family the ag did not

4:43 investigate whether milton was lying when he denied sexual misconduct the ag did not subpoena and forensically

4:50 examine milton’s and rob’s cell phones is it possible one or the other altered

4:55 evidence the a.g did not investigate whether rob’s story that he was offered hush

5:01 money to keep quiet could be true reyes’s office did not initiate the case

5:07 against rob park city police did the a.g took the case from local

5:12 prosecutors why reyes investigator did little if any added investigation

5:19 why was that after reyes charged robbed with extortion milton donated fifteen

5:25 thousand dollars to the reyes re-election campaign

5:30 fox 13’s investigative reporter requested the ag’s rob case file

5:36 the day before the a.g complied and provided the records reyes returned trevor milton’s fifteen thousand dollar

5:42 campaign donation the attorney general’s office should be investigated for how and why it brought

5:48 criminal charges on behalf of varaya’s donor

5:54 there are some connections among trevor milton tim ballard and sean reyes

6:00 reyes and milton shared several close friends

6:06 realtor jimmy rex is a common denominator he has a podcast and has interviewed

6:11 sean reyes tim ballard trevor milton

6:16 and another associate paul hutchinson who i’ve talked about before

6:21 here you see rex and hutchinson with some prepper gear

6:27 now to the main point of this video fact checking ballard’s 10 hardball

6:32 controversial questions we’re gonna answer the controversial questions right now oh there’s some

6:38 there’s some big ones the first question ballard asks himself people question whether our should be

6:45 working overseas he answers in part some prosecution of bad guys fell out of the jurisdiction of

6:51 the united states we are working to target american pedophiles who go overseas as sex

6:58 tourists so we have a better chance of catching them he said that in turn leads to rescuing

7:03 children at home some people have the opinion that our shouldn’t be working overseas as a

7:10 special agent working in the government i was exposed to many leads overseas that

7:16 weren’t being worked that couldn’t be worked because they fell outside the jurisdiction of the united states that’s

7:21 why i actually quit my job to start operation underground railroad to help law enforcement overseas to rescue

7:27 children our u.s donors and supporters should know that when we go overseas

7:34 we are in fact working with law enforcement to target american pedophiles when they go

7:39 overseas as sex tourists their inhibitions are down so we have a better chance frankly of

7:45 catching them with our international foreign law enforcement partners and that in turn leads to rescuing children

7:52 and protecting children at home here are the facts the united states has worldwide

7:58 jurisdiction to combat child prostitution through the fbi department of homeland security and

8:04 united nations ballard’s claim our directly targets american sex tourist pedophiles who go

8:12 overseas to sexually abuse children is false the opposite is true

8:18 the fbi method does and ours concept does not

8:23 or your operatives pretend to be sex tourists they do not arrest themselves

8:29 ballard says it leads in turn to rescuing children a home how

8:35 the likely main reason ballard had to quit to form his own strike force is that he wanted to produce television

8:42 series and movies there’s no way he could do that while working for the government

8:47 for that answer ballard gets a bunch of pinocchios

8:52 the second question someone wanted to know if our merely funnels kids to other

8:57 organizations who actually do most of the work this question touches on the extent to

9:03 which our provides aftercare for the purported sex slaves it rescues

9:09 or stated crassly does our rescue and then dump the damaged goods on someone

9:14 else so what is your response when people say our is only a funnel to other organizations that are actually doing

9:21 the work the full-time people at our are

9:26 former law enforcement who have worked these types of cases for

9:31 decades problem the goal is to rescue kids and so we’re going to work in a way that does that

9:38 effectively and as quickly and as safely as possible that means we partner with

9:43 people our keeps far too much information to itself to determine whether ballard’s

9:49 answer is accurate generally it is common for child rescue charities to work together to improve

9:56 the lives of children worldwide but ballard’s answer is incomplete and undocumented

10:02 sources indicate that all you are takes credit for work done by other groups and misrepresents some of its

10:08 accomplishments but so far critics have not documented that either so no pinocchios

10:17 question three how is it possible that our claims to support over six thousand

10:22 survivors when it rescues four thousand plus how is that possible

10:27 ballard explains how he does the math how four thousand can equal six thousand

10:34 our claims to support over six thousand survivors how is that possible

10:40 we have rescued four thousand plus but we say that we take care of and and

10:45 survivor cure over six thousand well it’s a very easy explanation when we go out and we do a

10:51 rescue in a country and let’s say we rescue 20 kids and those 20 kids go to an aftercare home that we’re sponsoring

10:58 for those kids and there’s already a hundred kids there we work to take care of

11:03 everybody at the aftercare homes that we support again for answer 3 ballard fails to

11:10 document his claims he needs to list the names of all rescued kids disclose where they were

11:16 taken make known how many were there already and divulge what our contributes

11:21 in cash and labor there are rumors ballard fudges the numbers and counts adult prostitutes

11:27 with child prostitutes when he raids brothels but rumors are not proof so

11:33 again no pinocchios next question some people think it’s an issue that you

11:40 have family who are working or have worked for oh you are some people think it’s an issue that you

11:47 have family who have worked or are working for who you are okay wait a minute i don’t have a lot of family

11:53 though that’s the problem that you have family because i mean seriously it’s like three people

11:59 it’s an interesting question because as a percentage of of the entire employee base it’s very very tiny when i started

12:05 our i went to people who were willing to work for me when i had nothing to really

12:11 provide them and they came on board they sacrificed they helped build what ours

12:16 today and i have no reason to then let them go

12:22 ballard misconstrues the point it’s not about the percentage of family and friends making up his workforce it’s

12:30 about their roles as managers and directors that eliminates independent oversight

12:36 once again i’ll show you the employees who have close personal ties the ceo was a college roommate at least

12:44 he was ceo a year ago ballard now claims the title again the cfo

12:50 is a sister person over public relations another sister

12:58 a brother-in-law was a director a sister another director and yet

13:03 another was a neighbor i also mentioned before that our’s

13:10 president also serves as a board member and as its accountant it’s a double conflict of interest but

13:16 not illegal it’s not fraudulent but conflicts increase chances fraud could occur

13:24 question five some people express concern that our’s name is inspired by

13:29 something that happened in black history ballard explains that it’s a name he

13:35 chose that he read books about slavery in the civil war and that he is honoring

13:40 historical figures who became my heroes some people have expressed concern that

13:45 our’s name is inspired from something that happened in black history what are your thoughts about that

13:51 the underground railroad was a name that i chose operation underground railroad and it wasn’t a casual decision

13:57 i recognized that what we were fighting was in fact a modern-day version of slavery so i

14:03 started reading every book i could on slavery the underground railroad the civil war and i learned so many lessons

14:10 from people who became my heroes and so when we created operation underground railroad and i had to come up with a

14:16 name i wanted to honor those people not just honor them but keep them front and

14:21 center in our program so that we could continue to not only be inspired by them but but literally learn from them even

14:28 tactics on how to eradicate slavery to begin with operation underground

14:35 railroad was not his first choice for a name the name he wanted had been taken by another similar charity

14:43 ballard had already written a book about the civil war and slavery the lincoln hypothesis

14:50 the book asks was the book of mormon a key factor in lincoln’s success and the healing of a nation

14:57 the book is revisionist history an attempt to make history conform to his religious beliefs

15:03 ballard explains that just as lincoln was deciding whether to free the slaves

15:09 he checked out a book abraham lincoln right during this time this process of crystallization

15:15 he checked out a book from the library of congress uh this book is significant for for several

15:21 reasons one is that he was only supposed to have it for two weeks and he kept it for eight months

15:27 he turned it in just days after he issued his preliminary

15:32 emancipation proclamation to his cabinet as if to say perhaps okay i’ve learned something from this okay

15:39 now the book he had as controversial as this might be for people was the book of mormon

15:45 now fact or fiction

15:50 the book of mormon tells a story of a promised land and it tells the answer to

15:56 a calamity like a civil war and that is the nation turns to god ballard’s thesis is the american civil

16:03 war was god’s curse on an unrighteous nation but not just for allowing slavery

16:09 also for persecuting catholics jews some protestant sex and above all mormons who

16:15 ballard says were being exterminated and exiled harry seen making a presentation about

16:22 his curse theory he shows a painting of church founder joseph smith being

16:28 assassinated and also the nauvoo temple being gathered by fire

16:33 which is also a misrepresentation because the fire occurred after the church sold

16:38 the temple here’s what ballard leaves out

16:43 the white house did check out a book of mormon but along with many other books about mormons as lincoln dealt with the

16:50 so-called mormon problem the main mormon problem was polygamy

16:56 when lincoln formed the republican party it strongly opposed two evils

17:01 slavery and polygamy at the party’s first national convention in 1856

17:08 republicans adopted a plank in their platform that it was the duty of congress to prohibit in the territories

17:15 those twin relics of barbarism polygamy and slavery

17:20 here are a couple of quotes from the book civil rights saints written about the same time as ballard’s

17:27 northern politicians including lincoln portrayed polygamy as another southern slave power waiting to rebel

17:35 in these politicians view polygamists were holding their wives hostage as slaves

17:41 in the mid-19th century opposition to polygamy was always linked to slavery

17:46 lincoln republicans portrayed mormon plural wives as innocent victims held in

17:51 subjugation akin to enslaved blacks in the south they wanted to purge the

17:56 nation of licentious power including such tyrants as slave masters and

18:02 polygamous husbands ballard turns the truth on its head

18:10 he would have his adherents believe that lincoln who saw polygamy is another form

18:15 of slavery would read a book that says dark skin is a curse of god

18:20 and yet it would inspire him to free the slaves more pinocchios

18:28 like ballard i wrote a book involving black history playing black is about how blacks and

18:34 the civil rights movement influence the sport of basketball and i hope help makes the point

18:41 black lives matter there’s another important abolitionist

18:47 figure that ballard usually talks about harriet beecher stowe

18:53 and he usually discusses her in terms of marketing the abolition movement

18:58 here’s a statue of stowe meeting abraham lincoln he’s attributed as saying you’re the

19:04 lady who wrote the book that started this war he probably didn’t say it but

19:10 it’s probably true anyway here you see ballard making a presentation earlier this year at

19:16 brigham young university talking about harriet beecher stowe

19:22 one of my favorite marketers of the cause was a woman named harriet beecher stow who’s heard of harry peter stowe okay

19:29 most of you harry beecher stowe is my hero because she wouldn’t turn a blind eye she saw she came back but then

19:35 she had the same question a lot of you are having what can i do i’m not a politician

19:41 and she was so distraught about the question she asked her sister what she should do her sister writes her back a letter

19:47 and she tells the story as she read the response from her sister and she reads this and her sister says you like to

19:53 write why don’t you write something and she just the spirit fills her she stands up she

20:00 says she crunches the paper the letter in her hand because she’s so impassioned and she says out loud i will write

20:06 something i will if i live and she wrote a book called uncle tom’s cabin

20:12 of course uncle tom’s cabin was a major emancipation factor

20:17 but what balor does not tell his audiences harriet beecher stowe also spoke about

20:23 the abominations of polygamy she insisted polygamy must be ended to free

20:28 women from slavery she wrote the preface to the anti-polygamy book tell it all by

20:34 anti-polygamous crusader fanny stenhouse she wrote shall we not then hope that the hour has

20:40 come to loose the bonds of a cruel slavery whose chains have cut into the very hearts of thousands of our sisters

20:47 a slavery which debases and degrades womanhood motherhood and the family

20:54 polygamy still exists today modern day polygamous slavery is practiced by mormon church offshoot

21:01 groups it includes marriage of underage children who are child sex slaves according to ballard’s definition

21:09 it’s what the 2007 child rape trial of polygamous leader warren jeffs was about

21:15 sexual assault on a child here’s the victim alyssa wall on her wedding day

21:22 and on the stand when she testified i know quite a bit about the case because i was a consultant for the

21:28 jeff’s defense team and coincidentally i knew elissa wall’s father before he became a polygamist

21:37 why isn’t ballard’s jump team rescuing modern day polygamy sex slaves they’re all over utah idaho canada

21:45 mexico a lot of other places jeff’s continued to lead the church from behind bars and the practice of older

21:53 men marrying underage women did not end with his arrest

21:59 the sixth question i’ve heard you get paid in excess of three hundred thousand dollars a year at

22:05 our ballard said this question upset him he said he’s been an unpaid volunteer at

22:13 our since april 2019. yes in 2018 he made over 300 000

22:21 but he and his family were getting death threats oh you our paid for expensive security

22:27 measures for his house but counted that expense as income

22:33 i love this one okay this one makes me upset so i might get a little i’m at cuss i get how many

22:40 customers do i get hillary two two okay which ones

22:46 okay so i’ve heard you get paid me personally that i get paid in excess of 300 000 a year at our

22:54 so i’m so happy to stand here and tell you i’m a volunteer at our and i have been

23:00 since april of 2019 2018

23:05 our had been involved in several major rescue operations and me and my family were getting crazy death threats it was

23:12 a very dangerous time i went to the board i said what do you want to do they said we got to make sure your family is safe so they took precautions we put in

23:19 a security system got a mean looking dog put a very expensive secure fence around my entire house in

23:26 the end the attorneys came in said well to do this the safest way to be the most compliant with irs laws and everything

23:33 else we’re going to have to w-2 youtube meaning it’s gonna have to show all these editing costs are gonna have to

23:38 show as salary to you and that’s where you got that number from 2018 and those

23:45 sources by the way that report that they also see in the 990 the very next year 2019 which reports a salary of 106 000

23:54 to me let’s first take a look at that 2019 form 990 tax return

24:00 yep it does show about a hundred six thousand dollars but that’s just for part of the year he quit in april so the

24:08 annual rate could be as high as 425 000 a year depending on exactly when he quit

24:15 it’s really misleading for that he gets pinocchios

24:21 going back a year to the 2018 tax return the show tim ballard made 343 thousand

24:29 22 dollars that year remember he said it includes security measures

24:34 part of which is for an expensive secure fence around his entire house

24:40 put in a security system got a mean looking dog put a very expensive secure fence around my entire house

24:47 what is the truth there is no secure fence not even a decorative fence surrounding

24:53 ballard’s entire house there is a tall steel decorative fence along the front property line

25:00 there is no fence along the side or backyards not even a decorative fence

25:06 no barrier at all to driving or walking up to the house a gate along the front fence appears to

25:11 have been left open for months if not years this photo shows the fence along the

25:18 front property line and as i said there’s no fence along the sides

25:23 someone could just step over the split rail fence and walk straight to the house

25:29 at the other end there’s no barrier to walking to the house and as i said there’s a gate that’s been

25:36 left open somebody could walk or drive to the house here’s what real security measures look

25:42 like spikes or barbed wire on top of steel fences

25:47 bars over all windows and bollards protecting drive-in gates

25:52 in case somebody tries to ram through with the vehicle ballard’s explanation for his high salary gets lots of

26:00 pinocchios question seven why do you take celebrities on operations why endanger

26:07 them ballard claims to have learned that method from history when the united kingdom banned slavery before the united

26:14 states did he says british politician william wilberforce would get celebrities and

26:20 wealthy influencers on his boat and sail his boat to bump into dark slave ships

26:26 ballard celebrities become a voice for child sex slaves why do you take celebrities on

26:32 operations now this is this is controversial to some people of course you know why would you bring people and

26:38 endanger them my answer to that question is our goal is to rescue children that’s our goal i

26:44 love history i learned from history and there was a guy named william wilberforce back in the 19th century who was

26:51 instrumental in eradicating the slave trade in the united kingdom and what he

26:56 did to do that was he would actually get celebrities and influencers and people

27:01 um with uh with a high net wealth he would invite them on his boat and he would intentionally sail his boat

27:09 and bump into a slave ship that was docked and he’d say look at it this is what we are allowing if we can show

27:15 someone what’s happening and they see it for themselves and they have a voice that’s powerful they will go back

27:22 and now stand in place and be a voice for the many other children who have not been liberated yet

27:28 william wilberforce was in fact a british politician and abolitionist

27:34 he used his position in parliament as a lighthouse to shine light into the darkness of the slave trade

27:41 but i found no record where wilberforce put rich celebrities on a boat to show them the brutal mistreatment of slaves

27:48 being packed onto ships i did find where another abolitionist

27:53 william dolbin led a group of his fellow members of parliament to the thames river to board

27:59 a ship being fitted for a slaving voyage his visit to the slave ship appears to

28:04 have hardened his opposition to the slave trade there’s no mention of celebrities in

28:10 dolben’s group and by the way there was no forming of an armed militia our style to storm

28:17 slave ships and free slaves maybe ballard has proof to support his

28:24 british celebrity ship claim if not it’s a lie he does though have a knack

28:31 to get celebrities like football coach mike tomlin and super bowl champion steve young to promote o.u.r

28:39 slavery worldwide is unbelievable

28:45 if we can’t all come together on something like that we’re tripping aren’t we it ain’t nothing divisive

28:51 about rescuing young people tim ballard’s a good friend of mine he was the special agent for the government

28:57 that worked the crimes against uh children and he said to your point we’ve got to do this better and faster because

29:03 these kids are you know you you’re like sex trafficking and slavery is is

29:08 the emotional and the toll and it’s like we need to go in there and make this better and what they’re trying to do is

29:13 change things on the ground in the dominican republic and haiti so the people the local people can start to be

29:18 the ones that are self-policing and change the culture because what happens is they go in they rescue these kids and

29:24 they pop up somewhere else and so they’re really trying to change the culture but the eighth question

29:29 are you a religious based organization ballard says no that some employees are

29:35 atheists but he does say we have a prayer role where we send out prayer requests

29:41 are you a religious based organization we are not affiliated with any

29:47 denomination however that does not mean that we aren’t religious people it’s not a requirement

29:54 in fact there are people that work for us i know that that claim to be atheists if i’m on an operation you don’t have to

30:00 join me but usually everybody does i’m going to pray and we also rely on other people who

30:06 want to join us in prayer we have a prayer role where we send out prayer requests

30:12 to supporters and donors who who want to get involved in that way

30:18 o you are does make requests for prayers was probably inspired by prayer rolls in

30:24 mormon temples where members are invited to place the names of those in need on

30:29 the prayer role in the temple for special prayers despite ballard’s prayer role being very

30:36 mormon-like our is not directly affiliated with the mormon church or any

30:41 other so no pinocchios

30:46 the next to the last question some people think you’re facilitating conspiracy theories

30:53 what’s your response ballard says our has a supporter base of

30:58 hundreds of thousands of people and cannot control what supporters post and tag oh you are

31:04 he said look at what we are saying now that we’ve got your attention stick around and find out what is true

31:11 he said we’re very transparent note his use of the words true and very transparent

31:18 some people think you are facilitating conspiracy theories what is your response

31:25 so there are always conspiracy theories on every topic on everything you know we have a supporter base of hundreds of

31:31 thousands of people so we can’t control what people say or do

31:36 and post and maybe tag us in that so don’t be confused by

31:41 that look at what we are saying we do our best to vet out those theories and

31:47 if appropriate we’ll take a stand and say hey this isn’t true and that’s not true but since we got your attention why

31:53 don’t you stick around and find out what actually is true our’s marketing concept is based on

31:59 false statements withheld relevant information conspiracy theories and fear

32:04 mongering there’s virtually no transparency despite claims to the contrary

32:10 our’s main and false marketing message is that there is a huge and growing number of pedophiles and kidnappers

32:18 worldwide who are abducting children into sex slavery clearly ballard is responding about his

32:24 followers who cite q anon conspiracy theories among others as the new republic reported

32:32 earlier this summer when q anon followers pushed a conspiracy theory about online furniture retailer wayfair

32:38 trafficking children in boxes ballard took to twitter with or without wayfair child

32:45 trafficking is real and happening he posted the police would get to the bottom of it

32:51 he said but rather than emphasizing that no child sex trafficking case had ever been traced back to wayfair he gave the

32:58 conspiracy theory credence no question about it said ballard

33:03 children are being sold that way and i’m glad people are waking up to it

33:10 these are the facts children being kidnapped off the street from stable families into sex slavery

33:17 and forced into sex trafficking rings is extremely rare especially in highly developed countries

33:23 like the united states far and away most pedophiles are known to the child even to his or her parents

33:32 as fearful as the prospect is that a child could be abducted by a stranger the more fearful truth to handle is that

33:39 most pedophiles are in plain sight you want answers i think i’m entitled

33:45 you want answers i want the truth you can’t handle the truth

33:51 the truth that most child sex abusers are known to the family seems to be one ballard cannot handle or emphasize

33:58 because it runs counter to his main fear-mongering fundraising message parents should be fearful not of a child

34:06 being abducted and molested by a stranger but by being groomed and molested by someone they or their child

34:12 knows and trusts ours raids on brothels may save a few

34:18 child prostitutes but looking at the big picture the raids are more likely counterproductive and waste millions of

34:24 donor dollars for the sake of our’s primary movie making mission

34:30 number 10 final question how or where should you report possible

34:35 trafficking or child exploitation cases ballard’s response

34:40 don’t call us how or where should you report possible trafficking or travel exploitation cases

34:47 you should always call law enforcement first because that’s who we call we are not law enforcement and so if we get a lead

34:54 that’s who we call if you get a lead that’s who you should call law enforcement and aftercare providers are

35:00 the ones doing the heavy lifting we’re trying to make that lift a little lighter ballard is correct you could call a

35:06 national human trafficking hotline if you suspect child abuse but for utahns the better number to call

35:13 may be utah’s child abuse hotline or contact your local law enforcement agency

35:20 summarizing ballard’s answers to 10 controversial questions plunges our into

35:27 a deeper credibility hole
